30-day exchanges and store-credit returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the eligibility conditions in our full return policy.
Option 1: Size or colour exchange
Exchange the same product for another available size or colour. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return courier costs are borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
Option 2: Store-credit return
This is not a cash refund. Approved returns are issued as a DCLARE gift card/store credit to the email used for the order. The credit is valid for 90 days from issuance.
