“11.11” FINAL PROMO 2024 (Terms & Conditions)

1. Eligibility
1.1 The 11.11 promotion is open to all customers who place order at https://dclare.shop

2. Promotion Period
2.1. The 11.11 promotion will run from 12th November to 30th November, both dates inclusive.

2.2. Only purchases made during this period will qualify for the promotion.

3. Promotional Offer
3.1. The promotion offers 10% discount sitewide, with min. spending of RM160.

3.2. The promotion also offers the following free gifts,

- Spend a minimum amount of RM350.00 in a SINGLE order to get a FREE “Ice Fabric T”
4. Redemption
4.1. No promo code is needed. Simply claim and add free gift to cart and they will be seen in the cart before checking out (See Ref Photo below). If an order is successfully placed without the eligible free gifts being added to the cart, it is not reversible and thus no free gifts will be included.

4.2. Free gifts are available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last. Once the allocated stock of free gifts is exhausted, no further free gifts will be offered, and no cash or other alternatives will be provided. 

5. Order Fulfilment
5.1. Due to the high volume of orders during this promotional period, please note that there may be delays in the processing and shipment of your order. While we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary. We will notify you with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

5.1. Backordered Products: In the event that an item is backordered, we will notify you via WhatsApp with an estimated restock date. Backordered products will be shipped within 2-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed about the status of your order.

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Items purchased during the 11.11 promotion are eligible for returns and exchanges according to our standard return policy.

6.2 Free gifts (“Ice Fabric Tee") are strictly NOT eligible for return and exchange.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 D Global Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any technical issues, human errors, or other factors that may affect the promotion process.

7.2 D Global Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7.3 In case of any dispute, the decision of D Global Sdn. Bhd. shall be final.

8. Amendments
8.1 D Global Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Any changes to the terms and conditions will be published on our website.

9. Acceptance

Malaysia Day Promo 2024 (Terms & Conditions)

1. Eligibility
1.1 The Merdeka promotion is open to all customers.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Merdeka promotion will run from 2nd Sep to 16th Sep, both dates inclusive.
2.2 Only purchases made during this period will qualify for the promotion.
3. Promotional Offer
3.1 The promotion offers customers the followings,
- Spend a minimum amount of RM300.00 in a SINGLE order to get a FREE “ClassyPolo Tee”

- Spend a minimum amount of RM500.00 in a SINGLE order to get a FREE “Men’s Linen Shirt”

- In the event where you do not wish to have the complimentary items ( “Classy Polo Tee” or “Men’s Linen Shirt” ) above, or the Size / Colour of the complimentary item above is no longer available ( Out of stock ), you may opt for a store credit ofRM30.00 or RM50.00 for the order with a minimum spend of RM300.00 orRM500.00 respectively.
- For example, customer A made a purchase of RM350.00 in a single order during the Merdeka Promotion. Thus, he is eligible to get a FREE “Classy Polo Tee” for this purchase. However, the Size of his choice is not available ( Out of Stock ). Therefore, customer A will be given a store credit of RM30.00 during this promotional period.
- A second example, customer B made a purchase of RM650.00 in a single order during the Merdeka Promotion. Thus, he is eligible to get a FREE “Men’s Linen Shirt” for this purchase. However, the Colour of his choice is not available ( Out of Stock ). Therefore, customer B will be given a store credit of RM50.00 during this promotional period.
- If a customer opts for store credits, he/she will receive an email notification
containing a Unique Discount Code aka store credits which can be applied for your NEXT purchase at our website, https://dclare.shop after the order has been fulfilled.
4. Redemption
4.1 For any order above RM300.00, customer may state the desired size and colour of the complimentary item by adding a note upon checking out.
4.2 If you wish to opt for store credits instead of the complimentary item, you may drop a note by stating “Store Credit”.
5. Returns and Exchanges
