Where can I purchase DCLARE's products?

DCLARE's products are available at https://dclare.shop ONLY. Do NOT purchase our product anywhere else. Besides, we also have our official social accounts on different social media platforms which you could find the links to them at the bottom of our webpage. If you are not sure of whether it's us, check with our customer support anytime!

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size & measuring guides. They’re located underneath the description of each of our products. Otherwise, simply talk to our customer support and we will give you our best suggestion based on your needs!

Can I cancel my order?

In order to ensure our beloved customers receive their order in the shortest time possible, DCLARE staff prepares customers' orders on the same day as we receive them. Hence, we won't be able to cancel your order. However, if you wish to proceed for an exchange or a refund, simply check our return policy.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

In order to ensure our beloved customers receive their order in the shortest time possible, DCLARE staff prepares customers' orders on the same day as we receive them. Thus, please let us know your preferred shipping address within 30 minutes after placing your order, we will try our best to help but no guarantees on the amendment.

I received a wrong product, what should I do?

We are so sorry for the mix-up!

Please give us a chance to fix this - Contact our customer support within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information:

1) Your order number.

2) The product that you have ordered.

3) The product that you have received,

Our customer support will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.

For incorrect item/s received, you'll be sent a return postage label to return your order with via Ninjavan. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.

I received a defective product, what should I do?

We are so sorry that you receive a defective product!

Please give us a chance to fix this - Contact our customer support within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information: 

1) Your order number.

2) The product that you have ordered.

3) A photo of the defect.

Our customer support will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.

For defective item/s received, you'll be sent a return postage label to return your order with via Ninjavan. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.

How much is the shipping fees and when can I receive my order?

Our courier partner is Ninjavan and you may check your delivery status here with your tracking number provided in your email.

Delivery

West Malaysia - 3 - 5 working day

Shipping Fees - RM10.00 (Free shipping with a minimum spend of RM100.00)

 

East Malaysia - 5 - 7 working days

Shipping Fees -  RM15.00 (Free shipping with a minimum spend of RM150.00)

What is DCLARE's shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Check our return policy to know more.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship our products within Malaysia and to Singapore.

Can I request for my parcel to be left outside my residence, if there is no one home to accept my delivery?

We could, but we don't encourage it. We want to make sure your parcel reaches you safely, so a signature is required upon delivery!

Our courier partner will have their riders to inform you prior to delivering the parcel to you. You may request for the delivery to be arranged without signing for it - but we won't be able to reimburse or replace your order if it is not received on your end.

Do you ship to PO Box Address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

RETURN POLICY

What is DCLARE's return policy?

Try your purchase in the comfort of your own home and, if it’s not quite right, return within 30 days after receiving the product(s).

Option 1: Exchange

It doesn't fit you well? Not your favourite colour? Return & Exchange for the one that you prefer!  

Option 2: Refund

Not what you expected? Return & get a Refund! Store Credits will be transferred to your account. Get something else that would look good in you!

What is a Store Credit and how do I use it?

Store Credit will be issued for eligible returns. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You will receive your Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card. You will receive the Gift Card within 3 working days after your return is approved.

Simply key in your gift card code that is sent to your email address upon checking out. Please note that your gift card will expire in 90 days. Be sure to use them before they expire!

Why is my return request rejected?

If your return request is rejected, you will receive an email from us notifying you the reason of the rejection.

Our team will reject the customer return in conditions:

1) Exceeded Thirty (30) days from date of receipt of product(s)
2) There is no original product(s) packaging, price tag or label
3) Product(s) not in new and original condition (It looks used/ washed)
4) Product is damaged (Torn/ Stain/ Wrinkle)
5) Product has smell (Cigarette/ Perfume)

After the return request is rejected, you are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the product, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.

How do I check my available store credits?

Unfortunately, you are not able to check the available balance of your store credit at the moment. As such, we strongly recommend you to not leave any store credit unspent. Not forget to mention, they will expire after 90 days. However, you may always contact our customer support to check your up to date store credit balance.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I care for my DCLARE's products?

Things get old; but what you can do is to lengthen the time before it happens.

With proper care, you can keep your DCLARE's garments in tip-top condition for a very long time.

Here are some tips:

1) You may machine-wash your DCLARE garments at a normal wash cycle setting and at a low temperature (max. 30°C), or cold. Always make sure to use a gentle eco-friendly laundry detergent and avoid conventional softeners as well as bleach, as they can damage the fabric. To further protect your garments, always wash them with similar colors and inside out.

2) Avoid tumble-drying, as this can speed up the aging of your garments, may cause shrinkage, and also uses a considerable amount of energy. Instead, hang-dry your garments immediately after removing them from the washing machine, and gently shake and re-shape them while doing so. In case of an emergency, you may tumble-dry your garments using the air cycle (no heat). But please remember that hang drying your laundry is the most environmentally friendly and safest option.
