DELIVERY LEAD TIME (Malaysia & Singapore)
Once your online order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with our courier tracking number from our system.
You may check the delivery status with the provided tracking number at DHL (Malaysia) or SF International (Singapore).
West Malaysia: 1-5 working days
East Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Singapore: 3-5 working days
* While we strive to fulfil our delivery to you in the shortest amount of time, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time during peak/promotional periods.
SHIPPING CHARGES
West Malaysia: RM10.00 (Free shipping with a minimum spend of RM100.00)
East Malaysia: RM15.00 (Free shipping with a minimum spend of RM150.00)
Singapore: RM20.00 (Free shipping with a minimum spend of RM200.00)
Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders. To receive free shipping, just place an order with purchases worth over RM100 (West Malaysia) or RM150 (East Malaysia) or RM200 (Singapore) to qualify for free shipping. There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING TERMS
DCLARE offers standard delivery service and delivers your order(s) to street address (excluding P.O. Box address) in Malaysia & Singapore.
We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our courier partner, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Therefore, if you wish to change your shipping address, you may cancel the online order within 30 minutes after the order is confirmed and place a new online order with the correct details. If your online order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order for you. You may contact the assigned courier service for further assist to change your details.
BACKORDERED PRODUCTS
In the event that an item is backordered, we will notify you via WhatsApp with an estimated restock date. Backordered products will be shipped within 2-4weeks.
