Return Policy

At DCLARE, we strive to make you 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, besides telling us how we could improve, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from dclare.shop!

  • For example,  If you receive the product(s) on 1st January, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our designated address by 30th January. The details are as follows:

Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided that the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.

We will not accept product(s) that has been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect.  In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that product(s) that is damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.

Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to defect(s) cannot be returned.

For all return, exchange or refund requests, please drop us an email at customer support with your order number and request and we will attend to your email within 1 – 2 business days.

Make sure that you have gone through our Return & Exchange Policy before creating a return.

Simply follow the steps below if you wish to make a return,

Exchange Policy

We are very sorry to hear that the item you have purchased from us may be faulty. While we are at our best to ensure that you receive what you paid for, still, there are human errors at times. In the unlikely event that you receive any defective product(s), please get in touch with our customer service via 'Customer Support' button (bottom page) or email (here) for further assistance. Once our support team has confirmed that you have received a defective product, you will be guided to return the item(s) back to us for an exchange.

Also, DCLARE understands that it may be difficult to find the perfect size that fits you most, even with the size chart that we have prepared, you can always exchange for the same product with different size/colour. Yet, exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. Say an example, you have purchased an Oversized T (Size S, White) from us and found out that it does not fit you well; you can always create an exchange for an Oversized T (Size M, Black). All you have to do is to get a confirmation from our customer support in order to create an exchange. Please take note that it is still subject to availability. All the courier charges, costs and expenses are to be borne by you. For more information, please refer to the “Shipping” section.

Size error margin that falls within ±3cm does not constitute as defect, which falls within the acceptable range according to international inspection standards. Exchange that is requested due to size margin may be accepted as good will or may not be accepted on case to case basis. 

If the size/colour of the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may proceed to refund under our refund policy. Please note that we do NOT support cash refund policy.

Exchange Policy is granted for ONE time only for each item. DCLARE retains all rights to accept or reject any exchange.

 

Refund Policy

We do not wish to see you requesting for a refund; but if you insist, please make sure that you already signed in to your account. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer support to assist you further with your request.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by issuing a Gift Card, which is a cash equivalent, to your email address that you used for your purchase at www.dclare.shop. You will receive the Gift Card within 3 working days. If you do not see it in your inbox, please also check your junk/spam folder.

In order to use a Gift Card, simply key in your Gift Card code upon checking out.

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card and are liable for all transactions made on it. As such,  please keep it privately and do not share with anyone.

The value of a Gift Card is in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia.

By making a purchase, the value on the Gift Card will be reduced by the value of the products purchased. If there is any unspent value remaining on the Gift Card following the purchase, you may spend it for your future purchase until the value on the Gift Card becomes zero or the expiration date has been reached. Thus, we do recommend you not to keep your Gift Card and spend it as soon as possible.

If you wish to purchase a product(s) for an amount which exceeds the unspent value on the Gift Card, any excessive amount must be paid using another payment method accepted by www.dclare.shop upon checking out. The use of any unspent value on your Gift Card does not count for the entitlement to free shipping. For instance, if the total value of your shopping cart is amounted to RM150.00 and you decide to utilise a Gift Card with an unspent value of RM100.00, you will NOT be entitled for a free shipping as the unspent value on your Gift Card does not count. In this case, with a total value of RM200.00 in your shopping cart, a minimum spend of RM100.00 (excluding unspent value on the Gift Card) entitles to a free shipping.

Please take note that even a Gift Card is a cash equivalent, it will expire in 90 days after the date of issuance. Thus, please be sure that you use your Gift Card for your purchase before it expires. If you do not use all of the unspent value on your Gift Card before the Expiration Date, it will no longer be available for use and will become the property of DCLARE. We hold no further responsibility for the expiry of any Gift Card issued.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, please contact us immediately at Contact Us. D Global Sdn Bhd will not be liable for and will not reimburse the stored value of any lost or stolen Gift Cards.

You acknowledge that any unused balance in the Gift Card cannot be refunded, and that Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for the use and safety of your Gift Card and will be liable for all transactions made using your Gift Card. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of, in connection with or in relation to these Terms and Conditions (including any question regarding the existence, validity, termination, application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.

 

Shipping

Once your request of a return / exchange / refund has been approved, you are required to send back the product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company of your choice to the following address at your own cost:

Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by DCLARE.

Please obtain a delivery receipt from courier company of your choice or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our address.

The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our address. Please make sure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return.  As we try to accept all returns, should any item that is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. We reserve the right to refuse any return. 

We reserve the right not to accept any return that is received after 30 days of you receiving your product(s) ordered from www.dclare.shop . Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny any return if the product(s) does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the product(s) to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the product, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.  

 

Our team will reject the customer return in conditions:

1) Exceeded Fifteen (30) days from date of receipt of product(s)
2) There is no original product(s) packaging, price tag or label
3) Product(s) not in new and original condition (It looks used/ washed)
4) Product is damaged (Torn/ Stain/ Wrinkle)

5) Product has smell (Cigarette/ Perfume)

 

DCLARE will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product(s) handled by courier company of your choice.

Please note that in person returns to our address are NOT accepted.

Once your returned parcel reaches our address, our team will process the return within 5-10 working days, subject to stock availability. All request for an exchange will be processed according to order sequence (first come first served). 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returning parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable, please refer the shipping cost in your Delivery & Shipping Terms.
